•List of authorized signatures – provided by bank’s desk officer
•Agreement on opening of domestic account - provided by bank’s desk officer
•Copy of Personal card of account owner and authorized persons
2. Domestic business account:
•Request for opening and managing the account - provided by bank’s desk officer
•List of authorized signatures – provided by bank’s desk officer
•Agreement on opening of domestic account - provided by bank’s desk officer
•Certificate of registration of the company into Central Register issued by Commercial Court
•Excerpt from Statistics Register containing ID number of the company
•Tax identification number issued by competent Tax administration office
•OP form (signature of the authorized person at competent court)
•Copy of Personal card of authorized persons

3. Business currency account - residents

•Copy of Personal card of account owner and authorized persons
•Certificate of registration of the company into Central Register issued by Commercial Court - copy
