TERMS OF REFERENCE:
Audit of annual financial statements of Hipotekarna Bank AD Podgorica for 2016 under the Banks Act, International Financial Reporting Standards, International Accounting Standards, legislation governing accunting and audit and other applicable legislation, together with the issuance of an opinion on whether the annual financial statements for 2016 truthfully and objectively represent the Bank financial status, results of its business operations and cash flows for business year 2016 in all material aspects, as well as on the observance of risk management regulations in the Bank, and the quality of the Bank’s IT system.
TENDERING REQUIREMENTS:
The competition is open on equal terms to registered audit companies that meet the statutory requirements and the professional standards. Interested parties are required to include in the documents submitted the audit company background offering an overview of its experience and capacity for bank audit, with special emphasis on the data about the lead auditor prior experience, as well as a copy of the auditor licence, as well as evidence, in case an audit company is selected, showing there are no obstacles as set by Article 95, subparagraphs 2-5 of the Banks Act (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 17/08 of 11 March 2008, 44/10 of 30 July 2010, and 40/11 of 8 August 2011). The applicants must also describe the audit methodology that they plan to apply in the audit hereby tendered.
DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
Bids may be submitted in person or by registered mail clearly indicating the following: “BID FOR AUDIT TENDER - do not open”, by 15 Sep 2016, 4 p.m. at the latest, to the following address:
