- The condition for loan approval: The loan is granted exclusively to clients who receive personal income through an account opened at Hipotekarna Bank.
- The XL loan package refers to the total loan indebtedness a client can have.
For employees of companies on the A+ list with regular monthly income deposited into a Bank account, the total loan indebtedness cannot exceed €30,000, provided that the only collateral instruments are blank promissory notes and an administrative wage garnishment.
For employees of companies on the A list with regular monthly income deposited into a Bank account, the total loan indebtedness cannot exceed €25,000, under the same collateral conditions.
Total loan indebtedness includes a loan plus an installment limit and/or overdraft (the client selects this combination):
- Example: €25,000 loan + €5,000 limit/overdraft – A+ list (or €30,000 loan only, without other obligations).
- Example: €20,000 loan + €5,000 limit/overdraft – A list (or €25,000 loan only, without other obligations).
Loans exceeding €30,000 may be approved with additional collateral instruments, such as guarantors, co-borrowers, or a mortgage.
